CCTV Notice
We use CCTV at Twig & Tumble for the safety of children, parents, visitors, and staff.

• Purpose: security, health & safety, and safeguarding

• Retention: footage is stored securely and deleted after [30 days], unless required for an investigation

• Access: strictly limited to authorised staff

• Your rights: You may request a copy of footage of yourself by emailing twigandtumble@outlook.com. We will respond within one month. Proof of identity may be required. No fee is charged unless requests are manifestly excessive.

• Lawful basis: legitimate interest in protecting our premises and visitors​

• By entering Twig & Tumble premises, individuals are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms outlined in this CCTV policy.
