Booking & Entry

• Play sessions are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

• We’re unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, but we deeply appreciate your understanding as we grow.

Supervision & Safety

• Children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times. Your presence is part of the magic.

• Caregivers are responsible for their child’s wellbeing, behaviour, and safety throughout the visit.

• Please do not leave the building without your child—our space is designed for shared moments.

 Belongings & Behaviour

• Twig & Tumble cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

• We reserve the right to ask anyone—child or adult—to leave if their behaviour affects the safety or calm of others.

• If you notice a concern, please speak to a team member. We’re here to help—no need to intervene directly.

 Health & Allergies

• If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to wait until they’re better before visiting.

• Please be mindful of any allergies your child may have and avoid bringing items that could cause a reaction.

• Inform a team member if your child has recently been sick or if you notice any health concerns during your visit.
